BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - Integrity Management, a practice management firm, has donated $500,000 to Northwestern Health Sciences University. The donation will be used toward the construction of a 1,560-square-foot Integrity Management Student, Alumni and Career Services Center. The donation will also be used to construct the Integrity Management Smart Center, a state-of-the-art video conferencing center. The centers are part of Northwestern's ongoing $8 million construction project, which includes a $6.5 million Wolfe-Harris Center for Excellence and $1.5 million in renovations to the current facility. The Wolfe-Harris Center for Excellence will house the University's research department; the Greenawalt Library; Integrity Management Student, Alumni and Career Services Center; and administrative offices. Major construction on the new building is expected to begin in the spring.
"This generous donation allows us to provide students and alumni with a state-of-the-art conferencing center that will allow us to video conference anywhere in the world," says Mark Zeigler, DC, president of Northwestern. "Additionally, the new Integrity Management Student, Alumni and Career Services Center will provide students and alumni with the resources they need to start and continue a successful career."
The next phase will be the construction of the new building, which will include 48,000 square feet of space on three floors. After it is completed, renovations to the existing building will begin, including construction of a new tiered classroom that can be divided into two separate classrooms. Other projects include a centralized entry point and an updated foyer.
"We are excited to contribute to Northwestern's Capital Campaign by funding the Integrity Management Student, Alumni and Career Services Center," says Integrity Management CEO, Keith Maule. "Integrity Management is committed to providing Northwestern students with the tools they need to build successful practices after graduation."
With the Integrity Management donation, total giving to Northwestern's "Imagine Our Future" campaign tops $3.1 million, including a $1 million donation from Foot Levelers Inc.; a $1 million donation from Northwestern alumnus David Stussy, DC; a $500,000 donation from William Harris, DC; and a $100,000 donation from Jack Holtz, DC, and his wife Joan.
