HAWKGRIPS POISED FOR GROWTH
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pennsylvania - August 24, 2016 - HawkGrips, leading manufacturer of IASTM instruments, announces today that Val Brown, a New Orleans native, has joined the HawkGrips team as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This is in an effort to further drive and direct both sales and marketing opportunities for the growing company. Along with extensive knowledge of the Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine industries and 25+ years of experience selling various medical devices, Mr. Brown brings a new and unique outlook to the way that HawkGrips collaborates and does business.
These fresh changes are in an attempt to organize the HawkGrips sales and marketing strategy in a more focused way. Of the news, Mr. Brown says, “I’m excited to join this young and energetic team. In a very short period of time, HawkGrips has already established themselves as a leader in the IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) market with a tremendous opportunity still ahead. HawkGrips is poised to spike brand awareness and increase market share through our distributor partners, innovative marketing and a lot of hustle. By leveraging our unique CEU programs, HawkGrips will continue to grow closer and partner with the Physical Medicine industry.”
HawkGrips manufacturers a high-quality line of medical grade stainless steel instruments that are designed for use in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization therapy (IASTM). The instruments are used by physical therapists, chiropractors, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and many more types of medical practitioner for treatment of a wide variety of soft tissue injuries and limitations. HawkGrips tools differ from others on the market in several ways; the most prominent being the unique crosshatch grip on each instrument, designed to prevent the tool from slipping in practitioners’ hands and reducing the amount of force and strain required for proper use.
In addition to the instruments, HawkGrips offers educational courses. These courses allow individuals to increase their understanding of IASTM, practice use of the instruments, and earn continuing education credits. Courses are taught by highly experienced industry leaders, and held across the United States throughout the year. Prospective attendees may register for a course in their area, or arrange to schedule a course at their own location.
